Experienced educator and Sousa Mendes Foundation Board member Joan Arnay Halperin will discuss her work, My Sister’s Eyes: A Family Chronicle of Rescue and Loss During World War II.
This presentation is tailored for teachers of the Holocaust, as Aristides de Sousa Mendes was responsible for one of the earliest rescue actions of the war.
All are welcome and educators will receive a PowerPoint and Curricular Unit for use in the classroom FREE of charge.
